  • Creators
  • Campaign teams

Potential deliverables

  • Creative brief
  • Defined concepts

  • Approved export formats

Pricing guidance

The quote follows the real scope.

Design work is quoted by the clarity and complexity of the brief—not just the final file count. The approved scope records the concepts, revisions, formats, deadline, and usage before work begins.

What shapes the quote

  • Asset type, dimensions, and number of versions
  • Existing brand assets, copy, imagery, and content readiness
  • Concept count, revision scope, and required file formats
  • Deadline, placement, printing needs, and usage

How it works

A clear path from idea to delivery.

  1. Build the brief

Define the audience, message, placement, dimensions, deadline, and the content or brand materials already available.

  2. Set the direction

Develop the scoped concept direction around the approved message, hierarchy, and visual references.

  3. Refine

Apply the agreed revision rounds with consolidated feedback and confirm the final production requirements.

  4. Prepare the files

Export the approved formats and dimensions listed in the scope, ready for the intended digital or print use.

Planning and finishing

Location, inputs, and editing

  • Provide available logos, colors, fonts, photographs, copy, dimensions, and vendor specifications at the start of the project.
  • Final copy and required formats should be identified early; copywriting, printing, and vendor coordination are separate unless scoped.
  • If brand assets are incomplete, AP Visuals will clarify what can be built within the requested deliverable before quoting.

Optional scope

Add-ons to discuss

  • Coordinated social or advertising sizes
  • Print-ready production files when specifications are supplied
  • Additional concept directions or revision rounds
  • Source-file delivery when explicitly included in the agreement

Before production

Travel, usage, and licensing

  • Remote design usually requires no travel; requested on-site direction, capture, meetings, or vendor visits are quoted when they apply.
  • A logo-design deliverable does not automatically include a full brand-strategy or identity system.
  • Fonts, photographs, illustrations, and other licensed assets must allow the intended use and distribution.
  • Ownership, source files, modification rights, and campaign usage are defined in the written project terms.

Service questions

What to know before you inquire.

What should I send before design begins?

Send the final copy, dimensions, deadline, placement, available brand assets, required file formats, and any printer or platform specifications.

Are revisions included?

The approved quote states the included revision rounds and feedback process. Additional directions or rounds can be quoted when needed.

Does logo design include complete brand strategy?

Not automatically. Logo creation and a broader identity or brand-strategy engagement are different scopes and will be described separately.

Can you work with a fast deadline?

Share the date and required formats in the inquiry. Availability and any deadline-related scope adjustment must be confirmed before work begins.
