Pricing guidance

The quote follows the real scope.

Photography is scoped around the session rather than a one-size-fits-all image count. The written quote confirms the coverage, deliverables, usage, travel, and any additions before a date is booked.

What shapes the quote

  • Session duration and number of participants
  • Location, permits, parking, and travel
  • Number of looks or nearby locations
  • Final image needs and personal or commercial usage

How it works

A clear path from idea to delivery.

  1. Share the idea

Tell AP Visuals who the session is for, what you want to create, and the date or timeframe you have in mind.

  2. Plan the session

Align on the visual direction, location, participants, looks, permissions, and the deliverables that belong in the quote.

  3. Create with direction

The session balances a prepared shot plan with room for natural, useful moments and details.

  4. Edit and deliver

Approved selections are edited for a consistent finish and delivered through the agreed private gallery workflow.

Planning and finishing

Location, inputs, and editing

  • Indoor and outdoor options depend on access, permission, weather, available light, and the look of the project.
  • Editing is intentional and consistent with the agreed direction; exact image counts and delivery timing are confirmed in writing.
  • AP Visuals can recommend a setting after learning the story, wardrobe, vehicle, or business context.

Optional scope

Add-ons to discuss

  • A second nearby location or additional look
  • Additional participants or extended coverage
  • A short vertical video deliverable
  • Commercial usage when the images support a business or campaign

Before production

Travel, usage, and licensing

  • Travel, parking, location fees, and permits are identified in the quote when they apply.
  • Personal-use and commercial-use permissions are different; the approved use is recorded in the project scope.
  • Raw or unedited files are not included unless they are expressly listed in the written agreement.

Service questions

What to know before you inquire.

Can you help choose a location?

Yes. Location guidance can be part of planning. Access, permits, travel, weather, privacy, and the intended visual style all inform the recommendation.

How many edited images will I receive?

The final image count depends on the session and selected scope. AP Visuals will place the approved count or delivery approach in the written quote before booking.

When will my gallery be ready?

Turnaround depends on the project and season. Your approved delivery window will be confirmed in writing rather than promised as a universal timeline.

Do automotive sessions require driving shots?

No. Static photographs can tell a complete story. Motion-based coverage is considered only when it can be planned and completed lawfully and safely.
