Website purpose

This website presents AP Visuals services, selected portfolio work, general package structures, and ways to request a project. Website content is informational and may be updated as services evolve.

An inquiry is a request for review. It does not reserve a date, confirm availability, create a client relationship, or guarantee that a project will be accepted.

Quotes, bookings, and project terms

Public package descriptions are starting structures, not final offers. Current pricing, availability, scope, deliverables, usage rights, travel, payment terms, cancellation terms, and timing are confirmed separately in writing before a booking is accepted.

If a separate proposal, agreement, invoice, or contract is provided for a project, that document controls the project where it conflicts with these website terms.

Portfolio and intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, the website design, written content, brand elements, photographs, video stills, and graphic-design work are owned by AP Visuals or displayed with permission. Viewing the website does not grant permission to copy, download, modify, publish, sell, train a model with, or commercially use that material.

Project usage rights are defined separately for each client engagement. Client names or work are displayed publicly only when publication is authorized.

Your submissions and acceptable use

You keep ownership of material you submit. You give AP Visuals permission to receive, store, and review it only as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and provide requested services. You must have the right to share submitted material.

• Do not upload malware, executable files, unlawful material, or content that violates another person’s rights.
• Do not attempt to access private galleries, uploads, administrative areas, or other users’ information without authorization.
• Do not interfere with website security, availability, rate limits, or abuse-prevention controls.

Third-party services and availability

Links to services such as Instagram and Pixieset lead to websites operated by others. AP Visuals is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or terms.

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, AP Visuals is not responsible for indirect losses caused by website interruptions, third-party services, or reliance on general website information. These terms are governed by applicable South Dakota and United States law.
